It's stuck on "Creating" and never finishes

Generating the avatar video can take a few minutes on the server. If it doesn't finish after a while, close and reopen the app. Generation continues on the server, and you'll get a completion notification after restarting.

Voice input (microphone) doesn't work

Please make sure microphone access for Pet-Talk is allowed in your device's Settings app. Note that voice input is available only in the TestFlight / App Store builds.

Is there a cost?

Template buddies are free to use. Creating an original buddy (your pet) from your own photo uses "credits" (a credit pack is 10 credits, and creating one pet costs 10 credits). We also offer monthly plans: "Unlimited Chat" and "All-in-One." Prices shown in the app and on the App Store take precedence. If generation fails, the credits used are automatically refunded.

Can I transfer my data to a new device?

If you're signed in with an email, Google, or Apple account, sign in to the same account on your new device and choose "Restore your pets" to carry your data over.
